The 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, specifically it does not affect the rights you have to request the return of goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you, as our customer, have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website in exchange for a full refund. This doesn’t apply to:

• Goods made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Goods that becomes mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.

Please insure that you take reasonable care of the goods, we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund we issue to reflect any deprecation in the value of the goods in question, assuming the deprecation is as a result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

Please make it clear when you do cancel an order that you are cancelling the order under terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

HOVERBOARD UK® periodically schedules system downtime for the HOVERBOARD UK® website in order to perform vital maintenance. Unplanned system outages, however unlikely, may still occur. You agree that HOVERBOARD UK® has no responsibility and is not liable for:

– Any loss of data or information caused by such a system outage;
